On this weeks Italian Football FanCast we delve deep into week eight’s matches.

Palermo’s away form of last season returned in Udine, and Kris Voakes was there to catch all the action from the Stadio Friuli.

Dov was at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to see a below par Genoa side overcome Catania and save Gian Piero Gasperini’s job for one more week at last, while their city rivals headed to Milan to play Inter at the San Siro in what was a pulsating match.

Finally there was some controversy at the Renato Dall’Ara where Milos Krasic was auditioning for a part in the latest Twilight movie with acting more akin to a B-movie than a football field.
