Podcast: Del Piero and Inzaghi Write Themselves Into The History Books
The Italian Football FanCast is the podcast for fans of Serie A and Calcio.
On this edition of the Italian Football FanCast Dov and Kris look at week 9′s matches and the unfortunate incident involving Eduadro during Inter’s trip to Genoa. While in Milan, Juventus served up a slice of history as Alessandro Del Piero broke some records in-front of the San Siro crowd.
Their were also wins for Napoli and Roma, while their cross town rivals Lazio survived an onslaught in Palermo to stay top of Serie A.
As well as Serie A there was Champions League matches this week and we have all the reaction from outside the San Siro as Pippo Inzaghi produced a brace to become the highest ever goalscorer in European competition.
